Gail Royer and Mrs. Shiffer. Mrs Shiffer was the one who made the additional green uniforms once the corps started to grow. She and Gail Royer came up with the design for the original red tunic uniform first used in 1972. She is the mother of Norm (Baritone) and Mike Shiffer (Soprano).
